Pre-Deploy Checklist

Run through a pre-deploy checklist. Verify: all tests pass, no lint errors, build succeeds, no debug code or console.logs left in, environment variables are set, database migrations are ready, no secrets in the code, and the changelog is updated. Report what’s ready and what needs attention.
